Shipping and Returns

What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?

For orders within Metro Manila, we have a flat rate of P180 for next day delivery. We also offer standard delivery P120 and delivery time is 5-7 working days.

For provincial orders, our partner courier is GOGO express or LBC express and we have a rate of P180 for all deliveries. Delivery time is between 7-10 working days.

You may check the status of your order using the the tracking number provided by the logistics carrier that will be sent to you via SMS or email.

Do you accept exchanges and returns?

All items to be exchanged must be sent back in good condition and in its original packaging. Shipping fees for exchanges will be shouldered by the customer.

We do not accept returns and refunds at this time.
